These terms apply to each custom design you order from Peko Prospects LLC, along with our Terms of Service. You accept them before paying. If you are on a plan that includes designs, they apply to those too.
What you get
A custom design covers the button, the question card and the answer tiles for your vane. We show you two directions on your actual page. You pick one, and we refine it with one round of changes. We then attach it to your vane. The fee is the price on our Custom Design page when you order.
When work starts
We start once we have your payment and the address of the page. Most designs take a week or two, depending on how quickly we hear back from you.
If we don’t hear from you
If we don’t hear from you for 60 days, we may close the order. Once we have delivered directions, the fee is not refundable for an order closed this way.
Refunds
If you reject both directions, we do one more pass. If it still isn’t right, tell us before it goes live and we refund the fee. There is no refund after you approve a design or it goes live.
What you can do with it
The design is yours to use on your vanes for as long as you use VANE it, and we won’t sell or reuse that exact design, or your marks, for anyone else. We transfer whatever rights we hold in the original work created for you. Some designs use licensed or AI-assisted components, which may not be eligible for copyright protection, so we can’t promise that no one else can use something similar. Other customers may get designs in a similar material or style.
The design is delivered attached to your vane. Source files are not included. It is built to run on vanes, so it stops working as a vane if you leave VANE it. We keep our templates, code and general techniques.
You confirm that you have the right to give us any logos, photos or other material you send us.
Designs included with a plan
Designs included with a plan reset each plan year, do not roll over, have no cash value, and end if the plan ends.
